Picual - Loopline Olives Picual presents fresh green leaves, freshly cut grass and a beautiful fruitiness on the nose with a hit of green tomatoes, well transferred to the palate with tomato leaf and artichoke. It is an intense oil with very well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a lingering smooth finish.
Picholene - Loopline Olives Picholine presents pome fruits on the nose, salad leaves and tomato on the palate, lingering balanced bitterness and pungency, with a long finish. The oil has the essence of fresh rocket, with some sweetness and a peppery finish. It is a medium oil with very well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a lingering smooth finish.
